Tristin Norwell is a composer and producer of award winning albums and music for film and television.

He has scored hundreds of hours of major television drama, documentaries, ob-docs, feature films and library music.

He has worked on two consecutive Ivor Novello winning Soundtracks (2015 and 2016), an Academy Award nominated film (2011), Bafta nominated TV films (2007, 2008,2009) and Mercury Prize winning albums (1999).

His solo album “Mal Influence” was released in 2014 and acclaimed by critics “as tough and breakable as glass...somewhere between chamber pop and the ambience of quieter Aphex Twin.” It was featured on Radio 3’s “Late Junction”.

In record production he has worked with David Holmes, Noel Gallagher, Neneh Cherry, Talvin Singh, Embrace, Cast, Baaba Maal, Youssou N’Dour and Ryuichi Sakamoto & Madonna amongst many others.
